Lore
The NPC that was once exploring the ocean and then became a part of it. The Diver can be found on a sunken submarine. He offers you internships, which require you to deliver certain boxes to each NPC. Certain quests might require you to have a certain tube, but if you manage to do all of his quests he will reward you with high rewards and new tubes.
