Ducks are hidden collectibles scattered across every biome in Roblox Abyss. Collecting all 15 completes Bob's quest and grants access to two of the best items in the game — the Plunger Gun and the Bath Tube. This guide covers every duck location, organized by area, so you can grab them all in one efficient run.

How to Start the Duck Quest

To begin collecting ducks, you first need to find Bob's secret door:

1. From the Forgotten Dome spawn area, go behind David's Tube shop and jump into the water
2. Swim straight ahead toward the tall rock formation
3. Look for a hidden door on the rock — knock on it repeatedly until Bob responds
4. Bob will tell you to bring him 15 ducks before he opens the door

Forgotten Dome — 2 Ducks

The starting area has two easy ducks you can grab right away with no gear requirements.

Duck #1 — Billy's Container

Find Billy, the storage NPC leaning against a dark blue shipping container. Squeeze through the container door — the duck is sitting inside on the floor.

Duck #2 — Tree Behind the Dev Table

Walk left past Henry's harpoon shop. You will see a table with several developer NPCs. Behind them is a tree — climb the branches and you will spot the duck near the top.

Ocean — 4 Ducks

The Ocean area contains four ducks. You will need at least a Boat Tube to comfortably reach the deeper spots.

Duck #3 — Behind the Diver NPC

Visit the Diver on his sunken submarine. Behind him there is a small hill — the duck is resting on top of it. This location is relatively shallow, so no special tube is required.

Duck #4 — Morveth's Cave (Waterfall)

Head to Morveth's cave at the deep edge of the Ocean map. Once inside, look for a small waterfall on the right side of the entrance. Climb the stone steps next to the waterfall and the duck is near the treasure chest at the top.

Duck #5 — Morveth's Cave (Wall Ledge)

Still in Morveth's cave area — between the pond and the cave entrance with flowing water, there is a climbable wall. Jump to the top of this wall to find the second duck in this location, along with another treasure chest.

Duck #6 — Bob's Rock Formation

Return to the tall rock formation where you first found Bob's secret door. Climb to the top of the formation — the duck is sitting up there, along with a bonus treasure chest.

Ancient Sands — 2 Ducks

Ancient Sands ducks require at least a Boat Tube since the area is approximately 240m deep. Make sure to top off your oxygen at Jeff's cave before exploring deeper.

Duck #7 — Jeff's Store

Enter Jeff's cave store in Ancient Sands. The duck is hiding behind one of the stone pillars inside the shop. Walk around the edges of the interior to find it.

Duck #8 — Grumpy Hank's Tower

Continue past Jeff's store deeper into Ancient Sands. To the left you will find a tall tower — climb to the top where Grumpy Hank is lounging on a couch. The duck is between Hank and a stack of crates. Tip: refill oxygen at Jeff's cave first since this area does not restore your air.

Spirit Roots — 5 Ducks

Spirit Roots contains the most ducks of any area. You will need a Zepline Tube or better to comfortably explore this biome.

Duck #9 — Golem's Cave Entrance

Enter the Spirit Roots cave system. At a branching path, take the left route and continue until you reach the entrance to Golem's area. The duck is nesting on a rock ledge right next to the Golem entrance. The cave passage does not drain oxygen, so take your time.

Duck #10 — Near Victor's Hollow

Head toward Victor's location in Spirit Roots. Before entering Victor's hollow, look around the surrounding area — a duck is tucked away on a raised platform near the entrance.

Duck #11 — Spirit Roots Main Tree

The massive central tree in Spirit Roots has a duck hidden among its root structure. Swim around the base of the tree and check between the protruding roots on the far side.

Duck #12 — Isolde's Hollow Area

Near Isolde's location, explore the nearby passages. One of the smaller branching tunnels has a duck placed on a high ledge. You may need to jump or swim upward to reach it.

Duck #13 — Isaac's Area

Head behind the big tree where Isaac hangs out with his Sunfish. The duck is resting in the area behind him, partially obscured by the environment.

Angler Cave — 2 Ducks

The final two ducks are in the Angler Cave, which requires completing the Lost Captain's quest chain to access. You need the Pirate Key to open the vault door.

Duck #14 — Angler Cave Entrance

Shortly after entering the Angler Cave, look around the initial area before going deeper. The duck is placed near some rocks close to the entrance pathway.

Duck #15 — Near the Lightkeeper

Progress deeper into the Angler Cave toward the Lightkeeper NPC. The final duck is located in the area near Lightkeeper's shop, completing your collection.

Rewards — Plunger Gun & Bath Tube

After collecting all 15 ducks, return to Bob's door and knock again. He will open the door, granting you access to his exclusive shop:

Both items are among the strongest equipment available in the game. The Plunger Gun's 420 damage makes it one of the top-tier harpoon guns, and the Bath Tube's 650m depth and 580kg weight capacity open up access to the deepest areas with massive haul potential.
